Oceancom disrespect for customers
We have been Oceancom customers for more than 10 years, using TV and i-net services. Oceancom's price for the service was very good, the service +/- was satisfactory, if there were any shortcomings due to the price we were not looking for anything else. At the beginning of July, Oceancoms sends us a letter that from August 1, i-net will no longer be delivered to us due to outdated technologies. Well ok don't deliver, do nothing, look for another i-neta supplier. But after receiving the bill from Oceancoma for August, nothing in the bill has changed, the amount is the same as before, TV + i-nets. I ask why, so if you do not offer us i-net from August, but still include i-net in the invoice? It turns out that until we go to them to switch to TV only, i-net will be included in future bills. Understand the attitudeif we had opted out of the i-net service ourselves. If at the beginning we allowed the idea that maybe Oceancom TV could be left, then after this case I no longer want any connection with Oceancom. During the conversation, the operator of Oceancom was very unkind, after the conversation I realized that they do not need customers.
