I turn my PlayStation of then turned it back on and lost all my builds.

I reset my PlayStation and then had redownloaded my games and then all my builds were gone. I tried everything and still didnt work. Im hoping this will be my last resort before I just give up.

Customer service isn’t reliable through email

I’ve been waiting since yesterday to get one player file restored and Yolandie isn’t reliable, taking hours to respond or just not responding at all User’s recommendation: If you lose a player or anything don’t even bother trying to deal with customer service 2k doesn’t care or value their customers.
