Undelivered documents

i have been waiting for the document i order since june 18, 2021 but until now i havent recieved the document. as i check in 2go website tracking they said my address is unlocated. how can i get my document if they cant locate my address

My delivery did not recieve yet and they said the reason is bad address.

Bad address daw po to 1502 j.villanueva 5th street, almansa uno Las piñas city,,cannot find .. Pero lazada ,food panda and other delivery yan po address ko pero nahahanap nila ..
