I have ordered an item worth around € 50, I receive CONFIRMATION EMAILS from dougla that the order has been confirmed and you only have to wait for a courier call. I wait 2 days- than. Call the douglas online store number, I answer that everything Ok, without even asking for the sender's name or address, says to look forward to, soon to be! I am waiting for 3 days, I call again, I ask, the information is not checked again.. later the courier calls and says that the delivery was made already on August 17, I say it was the previous order.. in the end I decided to check the internet bank and it turns out that something has stopped, with an old transfer and in fact I have not bought my product at all, which I have already CHECKING the data 1x when the caller would have said,but due to the call time even my name due to great effort no one asked. Spoiled day and hopes to wait for my product faded, I felt very upset that if I hadn't imagined checking internet banking myself, this nightmare would have continued, because no one came to the other end, I'll add that I'm the mother of small twins, I don't have time to walk through.
