Dissatisfied with customer service

I was chatting with a customer service representative when he abruptly left the chat without notice. I mentioned that I wanted a full refund of my order because I had not received my order for several weeks, after which the representative left the chat. I never received a solution to my problem. I have not received the order I paid for and do not know if I will receive it. Do not order anything from this company, it is not reliable!
