Pissed off Victim

I have been trying to get them to repair my car for over 3 months. These guys truly are the worst. They don’t want to pay on claims and make the process beyond frustrating. User’s recommendation: Stay Away. They are the worst.

IGNORING MY CLAIM ON THIER INSURER

I WAS REAR-ENDED MAY 28, BY ONE OF THEIR PEOPLE. IT IS NEAR IMPOSSIBLE TO COMMUNICATE WITH THEM. THEY WILL NOT REPAIR MY VEHICLE WITHOUT ME DOING THEIR JOB NO EMAILS WORK. User’s recommendation: NO IDEA JUST DONT EXPECT SERVICE.

This is the worst!

This company is a joke! I totaled my car 3 months ago. It took them 3 weeks to get a adjuster to come look at my car and my car loan still has not been paid by the insurance company! In result i cannot get another car loan bc they wont pay! This place is the worst!
