This is the second counterfeit item I've received through Wish.com, and it's been well over two days since I've first reached out, and can't understand why they just can't give me a refund. The item was shipped on July 20th. Upon receipt of counterfeit item, I noticed a lot of similarities to the previous phone I ordered that was also a knockoff, which I have since been refunded for. There's absolutely no branding anywhere on the phone, accessories, or box (just like the previous phone), and just like the previous phone, will not boot up, and when it did, it booted up in what appeared to be Japanese calligraphy. I keep being told they've notified support, and were reaching out to the vendor, but in all honesty, I do not think they're going to get a response from the vendor. On another note, I seem to be showing two of the same mixers, as one was initially rejected, and when I was able to get my payment straightened out, there was a second one showing, which I've requested on more than one occasion to delete the second order, if a duplicate one was showing, and I have yet to get a human response. Inasmuch as I love your items and prices, your customer service has a lot to be desired, to the point where I would much rather pay more money for the same item, so long as I can get superior customer service.
