trying to port a number to PureTalkUSA

I have been trying for almost 30 days now. I have called numerous times and talked with numerous departments but have been unable to get my number ported. Everyone has been very nice but unable (or perhaps unwilling) to assist me in this endeavor until today. I did have a conversation with someone in the cancellation department who took the time to call the Windstream Port (or maybe the Escalation) department in an attempt to help me. I am currently on hold with PureTalkUSA trying to get this issue resolved. I am keeping one line and high speed internet with your company and have had service with you for almost 22 years. I would think that your customer service would be better than this.
