How I was treated as a 20 plus year customer

I paid my bill as always ( account [protected]) Lauri Dawson and the post office lost my payment. I have never been late with my payments to you. I was told VS would wave the $25.00 late fee but you didn't so I payed it and it was postmarked 12 days before it was due but I received another late fee of $27.00 for that check. When I called to complain I was treated so rudely by Wendy and make out to be a irresponsible person but she agreed to wave the charge. I can't believe how poorly I was treated by I company I have been loyal to for 20 plus years. Shame on VS. Lauri Dawson
