I am extremely and painfully disappointed with this service and your statement of "Sorry we are still waiting for the delivery, the delivery is expected next week" seems to not have any regret or sincerity. I am so so disappointed. What is you head office contact details please because I've also tried to call the number listed on your website [protected]) numerous times but all I get is an automated message saying 'this mailbox is full, we cannot accept anymore messages'.
