My home phone

I have three times gone on my tablet trying to find out why my phone is shut off. I have also phone in and still my phone don't work. I'm on auto pay. I have check all conections, and also unplug it and it still is not working. I just want my phone turned on! My phone number is [protected] Someone please turn it on. Today is May 25, 2021 This is not the first time I've had problems.
