I have tried to cancel our membership at least three times on the website. Now you list Penn square as our theater. It has never been our theater. We enjoyed the membership while the theater was open, but its gone now. Our credit card numbers are different now because of a breach. I will not give you numbers to charge me monthly for something I will never use. It wasn't your or our fault the theater closed, so let's just close this down now. If this continues, we will contact the BBB and file a complaint. It was a great product, but your actions have made me regret ever signing up. Thank you
