Broken specimen with no notification

I had an immune system blood test done on March 11. I did not see results in my patient portal or receive any messages. On April 21, I contacted my doctor to see if he heard anything. He logged in to look at my results and that is when he saw the notification that the specimen was cracked or broken after receipt. I am upset that I was not notified for over a month about the issue. This blood test is very important for my Immune System treatments and now I have to wait even longer. The other issue is that I tried contacting someone about the missing results and was not able to reach anyone. I tried chat messaging and leaving voicemails on customer support. I had to make a lab appointment and go in to actually talk to a person.
