Quest Diagnostics on W. Arbrook Arlington Tx. On May 7 2021 to have blood drawn for upcoming surgery. The tech that waited on me was somewhat rude and unprofessional. She tied off my right arm and inserted the needle, unable to find a vein she proceeded to move the needle back and worth inside my arm, unable to find a vein she removed the needle and said she would try my right hand. Again unable to find a vein she moved the needle back and worth again. I was then moved to another Tech who hit the vein on the first try and was successful in drawing blood.
