I was requested to upload tax documents i try ask on phone what documents exactly they said the front pages i upload said front page and was denied was told to file appeal that I should have a decision in 21 days now I am being told 6 months for a decision how do I get the truth I have asked to be contacted several times through paperwork opinions section were they alow you to write I have never received a response I am getting highly frustrated and highly depressed considering I don't understand anything and with my autism it is making the problem 10× worse is this how you treat disabled citizens who pay taxes and try to follow rules that no one will explain?????????
