I am writing to you to complain following my recent visit to Morrison's in Bromsgrove. I always shop at Morrison's and enjoy the nhs discount which you have given to nhs workers However on Sunday 22 August 2022 I went shopping for a house party for my husbands 60th birthday. We had decided to buy fresh pizza made in your store as the main food item. I was shocked to be told that no pizzas were being made as you had run out of cheese! You're a supermarket how can you run out of cheese. I had to buy the boxed pizzas which are nothing like your home-made ones. To say I was disappointed is an understatement and I ended up spending more money they intended on food because you couldn't deliver your normal excellent service
