Dear Sirs, I have purchased a 65 inch hisense 65U8QF TV from Lulu, Ruwais Mall, Ruwais on 23rd March pertaining receipt No. [protected]. TV having default Picture jurging and motion blur problem. It problem occurred again and again. It also puts badly effects on eyes and you cannot watch the TV continuously. I am totally unsatisfied and exchange with other company TV.Yesterday I bring back the TV on the same store but there response is not good. Customer care staff trying to prove me layer and wrong instead help me. I will request you please look into the matter seriously and resolve my issue. Your kind cooperation and understanding of my viewpoint will be highly appreciated. Regards,
