I have purchased a Bluetooth Earphone from LULU Hypermarket, Mall of UAQ, Umm Al Quwain on 03.06.2021; time: 19:01 with an invoice receipt no. 130014. I didn't unboxed it at the same time when I purchase the headset. So, I couldn't check the working condition from there. After unboxing and put for charge for some time and I tried to use the product, but there was no sound and also heard some vibration sound (unpleasant sound). I tried to call by connecting it, but the sound was very low, after checking the switches I found it is jammed and not working properly. So, I request you to replace the item with a new working one or any other brand. Mobile No: [protected]
