Order placed on nov 4 2020- edmonton north. Date of delivery late December, told latest end of January. Sales rep Danielle has been useless. She is not transparent about the status of our order and does not contact when order changes occur. When originally purchasing the couch, we were told by her that the left facing sectional did not exist, only to go to the parking lot and Google it ourselves on the website.. walk back into the store and give her commission for doing absolutely nothing. Our order continues to be pushed month by month. After complaining to sale manager Wendy, a 200 rebait was given along with a promise to contact if any other delays occurred. This did not happen. When following up three days ago we were informed that the couch and recliner was pushed another month. I was told a manager would contact me with more info, but they never did. When speaking with the sales rep Danielle, last month, I was told that she had no idea where our order was, that it was possible another outlet store had taken it and that it was marked as custom so it would get to us faster (it was not a custom order...). When asked if the couch was already made or if it was stuck at the border because of covid we were informed that they had no idea... i contacted leons via social media and they did contact the store for me and get a manager to call me back- so thank you for that, however, I am extremely disappointed at the lack of give a [censored]s given by the employees at the edmonton north location. Why is a sales manager not able to contact the manufacturer and receiöve better information as to the status of our order... why are we not getting full disclosure on our order... why wasn't better compensation offered ex : a similar couch currently in stock... a refund... CONTACT... an actual eta on the couch instead of "maybe next month". Had we known that this would continue to drag on month after month we would have cancelled and gone elsewhere immediately. I am pleading with you to give me an actual eta on our order and to act on it. WE NEED FURNITURE !
