I was in my car eating lunch outside of work and it created a false failure that passed 2 minutes later. I have not only been charged a reset fee, but two fees for the same incident and cannot get any resolution from Intoxalock. I'd like a phone call from corporate to resolve. My previous attempts have been met with, "Sorry, I'll pass this on and give it 24-48 hours". Seriously?!
