I had purchased a Hitachi Window A/c in year 2009. It was making noise from the starting itself and as per the dealer, the Noise is normal. Now within a year the Compressor is gone faulty. I had checked-up with the dealer. He had informed that, the HITACHI WINDOW A/C's is having compressor problem ( Manufacturing Fault) and their are 10 cases of replacements pending with the delaer. He is not recd the replaced compressor which he had send a month ago to their delhi office. The cost of Hitachi A/C is more than double than any of other companies like LG/ Samsung etc. Hitachi service support is is the worst. Even, they vener visisted for the free services till date ( during the warranty period) Model No. of A/c : rav019EMDZ1 SL.NO. 080E08708
