Enterprise cancelled my reservation and have still not reimbursed me

I reserved and paid for a van to help move things to a new apartment. Everything was planned for the move. They canceled the night before. They said they would reimburse me, and that it would take 10 business days. It's been almost a month and nothing. call them, nothing. Bunch of scammers. I will go out of my way to never rent a car with them again, and preach to everyone I know to do the same. I'm shocked that a business like this can carry on
