Poor customer service/inflexible

In the 21st Century business concepts such as "customer-centricity" or "Voice of the Client" have become commonplace. But not so at DR Horton. This company will not even consider minor changes to a home, even minor ones such as installing an outlet when there is no drywall in place yet. Or different toilets or flooring when neither of these are on-site yet. The time spent discussing these things were more time than some of the changes requested would take. I am not asking for anything free, am willing to pay for the changes. But they don't seem to care. Disappointed, yes, disgusted with Horton management, absolutely, warning to future buyers, you bet.
