Service and payment to Locautorent Italy

Dear Sirs On June 26th I rented a car from Locautrorent Italy. When returning the car, there was no mention of damages. All of a sudden, I get an invoice for damages. I have written them several emails and only received one response from them. In the emails I have requested details of the damages and pictures but to no avail. The person who sent out the emails is Caterina. Their only response was you took out premium insurance thru CarFlexi so basically deal with them. This is no way to treat a customer. Their service is no good at all. I would like a refund, and attached you can see the invoice for the rented car and the invoice for the damages. One thing for sure, they will never get my business again if this is the way they serve clients. Thanking you in advance
