Dear Sirs i have gone back and forth with Locautorent Venice airport Italy on damages being charged to my client Heath Goldman. when returning the car there was no mention of damages and then received an invoice and credit card being charged for 265 Euros. We took out premium access insurance for this I have gone back and forth with them and also have sent you an email but no response. the service is something to be desired. I finally received back in regards to the claim from Locautorent and I am attaching this and the other documents.
