What a mess. They lost my package and don't want to refund or resend. It would be logical to do it, because it wasn't my fault. I spent money on items, it wasn't a gift. Moreover, they заеут ignore my emails and never call me back when I can' reach them. And it happens often. I have no idea what to do and how to get my money back. They provide no absolutely normal reason for holding my money. So I suppose they are simply scammers.
