I purchased this Magtag stove with the aqua lift self cleaning over in 2019 and it has been a constant battle with cleaning. I baked a casserole which boiled over and cleaned right away. It took 3 or 4 self cleaning cycles and a lot of scrubbing to get the spill off the bottom of the oven. This is a constant occurrence. The splatters on the back and sides of the oven will not come off. Customer Service recommended Affresh stove top cleaner for the oven. I had already tried that without success. I even globbed the cleaner on and left for several hours. I might have removed 25% of the splatters. On a review site, I saw it was recommended to use something like Dawn soap which I have tried plus another degreaser. Nothing really works well. I called the store where I bought it from and recommended that they never sell another Aqua lift self cleaning oven again. This is an oven for people who never use ovens to cook in. At my age it is very difficult to have a basic regular non self cleaning oven. It doesn't do well with my health. I am so upset that I might never buy another product from you.
