License plate 31842W, Nebraska plate. Driving recklessly on Marylands 495 at approx. 0800 this morning. Driving toward Bethesda. trailer number 374897 Front Truck number 80840 Weaving in and out of traffic without blinker and forcing cars next to them into other lanes to avoid an accident. Possibly drunk, hungover, not in right mind. Horrible representative of your company
