I know her name is LLuvia and would not give me her last name. She was berating one of the employees in the pharmacy, because the system was not working even though it was not his fault, threatening to write the young man up for this situation that was out of his control. She has a very mean attitude and gives customers one side or her but is mean with the employees. People like this do not deserve a position like this, not only does she make the employees feel uneasy but she also makes customers uncomfortable. I really like this walgreens and the employees are very efficient but she is a horrible person with a chip on her shoulder. Date: August 2021
