Access Point Delivery
1
Access Point Delivery is a scam that allows UPS to avoid delivering packages to the recipient's home. All the driver has to do is state that the recipient was not at home...which may or may not be true and does not matter unless a signature is required...and then it's up to the recipient to hunt down which of the 50 or so "Access Points" the package was delivered to. Furthermore, I have actual video proof that during the time the delivery attempt was supposedly made absolutely no UPS truck was seen on my street. Meanwhile I have been provided no direct information from UPS...no attempted delivery slip...no address of the Access Point...no help whatsoever. This is outrageous.
