i Elson M DeBarros, i am filling this complaint, rquesting fear tratment, and a medical treatment . i am in contact with united health care costomer service, the are uneble to help me out, i request to speck with high level of costomer support, costomer service agent refuse my request, the also say i need to talk with jose medrano, this person never respond my call for 4 months .
