Unable to cancel ticked even though I purchased Cancellation Protection

I've purchased two flight tickets using the Travelgenio website on June 28, 2021. I also added an additional fee to get the "Cancellation Protection" - that allows full refund in case I want to cancel my flight. Now, due to Covid restrictions, I have to cancel my flight. I tried doing this on the Travelgenio website, but the cancellation form doesn't allow getting the refund I deserve, using the Cancellation Protection". I tried reaching Travelgenio on several email addresses and numbers found on their website and online, but no use. There's no answer, and their email addresses are unavailabe. Booking ID: [protected]
