Quick cook baby food maker

We bought the Quick Cook Baby Food Maker online from Tommee Tippee and have used it several times. Somehow we have misplaced the sealing ring which keeps all the liquid in the blender. I have contacted Tommee Tippee through Facebook and they said they do not have spare parts and there is nothing they can do. They also did not reply when I asked how I could make a complaint. So now I am stuck with an expensive product that I cannot use and I am having to pay for pre-made baby food as well. I have tried to message them on their website chat facility but they have not responded.
