I have been a Suddenlink customer since I moved into this apartment 7 months ago. I called to disconnect my service today and was met with the worst Account Manager I have ever spoken to. I understand you are interested in keeping your customers but I know I said at least 10 times I was not happy with the service and there was nothing that could be done to keep me as a customer. I was a very loyal and satisfied AT&T customer and when we moved to the Leander area AT&T was not available, the only provider was Suddenlink so I signed up. I work from home from time to time and had to have internet service. I have learned that AT&T will be coming to the area so I am going to jump ship. The Account Manager had the nerve to ask me what I was going to do for internet service. I promptly told her that was none of her business. Again, this young lady was very persistent. I am returning the equipment tomorrow and I want to be sure my service is disconnected. The very persistent manager informed me I could not disconnect my service until September 10th and I sure hope that is right. This has been a terrible experience and I hope and pray I never have to use your services again - EVER.
