We cancelled pur service after over 12 years, asked for our final bill, paid it in full.. And months later we supposedly have an outstanding balance of 28$ and they wont send us proof for what.. I just dont want to keep paying a final bill over and over again without proof.. My bill was never the same so many unexplained charges continously..
