I have tried on 6 occasions to make a purchase by phone to sportsman's guide; every time I am greeted with the same message,... Due to unusual call volume we are unable to take your call... And, I want to be able to make a phone order, utilize my merchandize coupons I have with the company. They are useless, until you can actually make an order.
