Adult toy

I ordered a custom Dildo in January 6, They told me 16 weeks. Great. I don't mind waiting. I kept getting pushed off in messages on Facebook. At one point they claimed my toy was complete and was actively shipping. Now 9 months later they stopped returning my messages. Upon researching, I am not the first person they did this to. Attached is our entire facebook conversation and the invoice
