We have a trailer we have Shaw at trailer it was to be put on seasonal hold for oct 31 st last years I'll April this year ..they now have be in collections for 190.00 I have gatestone phoning me everyday ...how can I be in owing when I'm not there park closes oct 31 ..I tried phoning never get anyone I have been doing it online chat and they don't care just pay the bill is all they say...you think with covid they have some relief staff or someone who actually cares ..I asked the guy if I went to my trailer is it on and he said no ..lol..so then I asked how can you bill me ..just disgusting service ..I cannt get transferred over to management in chat as account is supposedly suspended so it's just a vicious circle Cheryl chapman
