In the middle of winter with a pregnant wife and newborn on the way, I called to file a claim. Was told to have my own tech come and diagnose the issue. Was told I would get reimbursed $2000 if determined the heat/AC unit needed replaced. Diagnosis sent to them determined replacement was needed. Called them over and over to have the claim processed, and every time, they claimed they needed more info, and gave no $ toward the replacement. Then, after 3 months, with no heat or AC, and my newborn baby already 1 month old, they decided (against the diagnosis) that one part of the unit that needed replaced was not covered, and they denied my claim! Absolute racketeering/scam business. At the very least I was lied to throughout the process, and at the very worst, they have changed the record and notes to fit their agenda of not paying a dime, while I did everything I could on my end!
