No Contact from Sedgwick Rep regarding claim

3/31/21 - Sears Home Services made a dishwasher repair that resulted in flooding and damage to kitchen floor. 4/12/21 - We noticed the flooring appeared to be "squishy" and coming apart. 4/16/21 - A different Sears repairman confirmed the parts were not seated/installed correctly. Filed a claim with Sedgwick. Spoke with Karin Geyser on 5/6/21. She was going to email me material on how to file estimates, etc. Never received it. I have called multiple times and left messages for her and her supervisor. I have not received a call back. It is now more than 2 months later! The current flooring is discontinued. I have questions on how to proceed to get estimates for flooring that is no longer available.
