Our company was charged two difference occasions for the same part within three months for a ice marker Model RB22K9581SG/AA Serial 08EL43BHA00814B 12/08/20 $220 - Friends Tek Service 3/4/21 $180 Friends Tek Service Our company needs to be reimbursed for the 3/4/21 visit for a duplicate fee of a samsung ice maker. This was a rip off from Samsung and product to be charged twice within a three month period for the same replacement. It should have been no charge for replacing the ice maker the second time.
