Dishwasher which is under warranty I called Samsung about my dishwasher not working they send out four different technicians on four different times and the last time they sent out two technicians and couldn't figure it out, and said we can't fix it.I've been dealing with this for 2.5 months, and I haven't had a dishwasher. Samsung told me they're gonna have to send somebody else again to fix it. At this point I'm done. I asked to replace or a refund and They said Replace it . Then a couple of days later they said we're going to give you a refund it will be in the mail in two days. They call me today day and said we can't replace it with out a pitchers, and then we can review your refund. the customer/Communication service is horrible. I'm not sure if I'll ever buy a Samsung product online again.
