Our Ice Flapper kept opening and shutting, after looking online, it has come to our attention that Samsung Refrigerator has a problem with this and should probably do a recall. A tech came out and literally just disconnected the wire to shut it down because he has to order a new door to fix the ICE FLAPPER. I told the Rep on the phone we would need this as I read all the complaints. Big surprise we need a new door because of the ice flapper, not because we need a new door!!! This is very frustrating as this is why we do not buy Maytag products as they did this with their cooling element, they hoped that your warranty would run out before the problem occurred, this is what we feel your company is doing. I love your products up until this point, we should not have to pay for a new door because of our ice flapper, that you are well aware malfunctions!!!
