I would like to say 3350 words to express my dissatisfaction with your company. 1. You sent me on an appointment more that 100 miles from my home when there was a closer location. 2 when I got there you had the wrong part and scheduled me for a closer shop. 3 this facility changed the settings and the lane change was not tested. 4 this was corrected the next sat. 5 next the gap below the wind shield. A run around phone calls and then no phone service B warranty notice given to your safelite.com C wait for reply D still waiting for reply E more phone run around (phone demands an answer as to payment method) F trying to find corporate office phone# G settled for this "complaint notice" H your turn for action Work order # [protected] 7/8/21 Grant coon [protected]
