Just trying to get service

Trying to get glass service on fleet truck. Receptionist could not find our company on first visit. Was told to verify with our Fleet Manager that a national account was in place. Verified. Return to store located at : 1795 E 20th St., 87401. Same receptionist. Would not even attempt to look again because she already tried once. Was told to get fleet manager to call in and book appointment . What's the point of a fleet account to easily facilitate fleet service. If you have to have the company manager setup each and every appointment .
