Terrible construction. They sent two reps out told me puckering of a very large seam would go away with wear! Padding bunched up on arms and a side seam open. Techs took pics. Said corporate office would call in two days. No one ever called. Resolve this issue!!! This is totally unacceptable and I am sharing my nightmare with everyone I speak to. This will be the last piece of furniture I ever buy at rooms to go and prepared to take legal action if necessary. R Vandevander
