My loveseat was delivered on July 22, 2021. The delivery team was very rough with my purchase. Once unwrapping the product, I noticed the side of the loveseat was damaged. I called to get a replacement, which was not a problem. On delivery day (August 4th), my delivery was late. I was not notified that it would be late. A courtesy call would have been not only caring by professional. I had to call to find out where my product was: this is not professional service. When speaking to the manager, her tone was very dismissive and unprofessional. She wasn't apologetic that my time had been wasted. Not only that, the second love seat that was delivered was damaged! I want to return this product, but now I've been told that I can't return for a refund and will have to wait a month before I get another one. Throughout this process, I have felt like a number and not a customer that is cared for. This was my first purchase from Rooms to Go. It will be my last.
