The above order numbers were purchased 2 days ago with very specific delivery instructions that it's going to a storage unit and that I needed to know delivery times so that my real estate agent could be there to sign for it. UPS made a delivery hours after I received delivery confirmations. It's been FOUR HOURS and I've been told "they don't care" if I cancel my orders and 3 times when I receive a call back from the 22 times I called, I was disconnected on your end yet they don't call back when they know the phone number.
