some event occurred during the shipping of my household goods that caused two bicycles in the ubox to become airborne and land on two televisions in the other end of the ubox thus breaking the two tv's. I noticed when opening the ubox the padlock was smashed flat. I had to cut it off with bolt cutters. I filed a claim and it was denied. Repwest claimed they do not insure for damage caused by "normal shifting of the load". The items in the ubox were packed professionally and wrapped well with pads including the tv's.
