Auto renewal of agreement

I have been a loyal customer of Regus for the past 2years. I even considered adding a second location and referred friends to Regus. On 1/9/21 I put in my notice that I didn't want to renew my agreement to the center my office was located at by email. I received a response from them to go online and terminate my agreement. I logged on and clicked the option to terminate my current agreement ending on 3/31/21. I did this thinking my agreement was terminated for the months that followed as it showed I had endedy agreement. I was preparing to vacate the office when I realized my card has been charged for April 2021. I called the main number to let them know about this error when I was told that I didn't terminate my agreement on time, by 12/31/20 so it auto renewed for another 2 years! I logged on and do not see the agreement they are referring to only the agreement that I terminated and it shows it as ending on 3/31/21. This is very misleading. I email the center again and was told to just log on and end my agreement. Im getting mixed responses from the center to the main phone number to online. At this point these practices seem confusing and deceptive.
